Rules

Knowledge Matters, the maker of Virtual Business simulations, is pleased to announce the annual Virtual Business Scholarship for high school business, marketing and personal finance students currently enrolled in their junior and senior years of high school throughout the United States. This scholarship is intended to help eligible applicants defray the costs of their continuing education. The scholarship amount is $1,000 for first place, $500 for second place, and $250 for third place.

To be eligible for nomination by their teachers, students must exhibit excellence in business, marketing or personal finance classes and show interest and accomplishment in the use of technologies in these subjects. The deadline for nominations is April 1, 2009 and final selections will be made by an independent panel of judges. Money will be disbursed during May 2009.
